To develop the design of the wooden house it is necessary to know all the characteristics of projecting wooden houses. For example, that a standard length of the timber wood in our country is no more than 6 metres, and logs in the wall are not connected in the alongside, they are connected only at corners. The majority of architects do not consider this in their projects.

It is problematic to get logs more than 6 meters long. Many timber enterprises have transferred to mechanized timber processing and do not cut sawn wood of non-standard sizes. If they do, the cost of these logs gets up 20-30 % compared to contractual prices (exchange or list). We try to minimize using of non-standard length logs for our projects. Many customers send us beautiful architectural projects developed by architects without these features being considered. Sometimes they send designs of houses made of other materials. We don't manufacture houses by architectural projects and projects for brick (silicate blocks) buildings. These projects have to be necessarily altered taking into account all the peculiarities of wooden houses.

The structure of our design documentation includes the following drawings:

- passport of the construction, including facades in color, plans, profiles, technical characteristics of the object;

- working drawings of each wall;

- task-plan for the foundation with all the necessary profiles and junctions

- plans of floors;

- plans of ceilings with specifications, junctions;

- plan of the rafter system with specifications and junctions;

- roofing plan;

- a layout of the roof in a plane profile;

- specification of apertures for installation of windows and doors with the sizes of windows and doors and specifications of materials for case elements;

- plan of the seat boards for the first row with specifications;

In ordern the design of your house to be developed, the following information is required:

- plan of a construction site with measurements and directions concerning parts of the world, with an arrangement of available or planned buildings and constructions, roads location etc.

- list with the number of premises that you wish to have and their approximate easurements.

The architect carries out a personal architectural supervision in the course of manufacture and mounting.
