In the market, there is a large number of houses made by various technologies. A customer can choose and buy any of these houses, just to the own taste and possibilities. The houses that we make-our houses- are more expensive compared to others because they are made manually and for their manufacture the finest wood is used. Also price depends on a delivery complete set (which is larger with us than with other producers) and on a degree of readiness of a product ( we do the works which in other technologies aren't provided and are to be made bringing about more expenses).

Main disadvantages are: the house should be additionally caulked in a year after mounting because of bridging of logs when setting, and cracking off at corner joints. Stretching of such houses is usually not less than 15%, so additional expenses arise. There is a large loss of heat at the corners.

There is a necessity in additional polishing (in our products the walls are planed, have humidity up to 20%, and are allowed for color coating immediately after mounting, with the surrounding air temperature being above 5 C0). The cost of polishing in the market is equivalent to US$ 8-10 per m2 of the surface to be polished plus consumables. Multiply the walls surface of your house by two and by the price of polishing plus 10-15 % for roundings, and you will have the sum necessary for further payment.

Houses made of raw cylindered logs

They are cheaper. They are ecologic because are made of massive. When used, multiple problems arise, connected with curling of logs in a house, cracking at corner joints. There appear crackles between the rows and in the corners, linkage, greater heat losses. It is also necessary to wait for a year before shrinkage occurs and additionally to polish walls surface. You buy a cheaper house and then spend more money.

Housed made of profiled beams

There is still left a necessity for additional polishing and waiting for dehydration to 20% before color coating is allowed. .

Houses of glued beams

Possess the least of all problems with shrinkage and allows to build larger volumes. As to ecology- you can judge it by yourselves. Norwegians do not order such houses. These houses are the most expensive in the market.

Houses made of ordinary bars

It is possible to build a garage or a barn of such a material. We do not recommend building a house.

Houses made by the carcass technology

These are the cheapest houses in the market. They are built easily and quickly. The question is what insulating material is used? The system of ventilation for this house needs thorough consideration. Cylindering is better in our opinion.
