When designing our houses we consider the shrinkage value to be up to 5 %.

In the course of manufacturing and mounting we undertake a compulsory shrinkage (tightening walls with coupling belts).

In order that tightening does not interfere with the following finishing works, we use the floating carcasses for setting windows and doors into their openings. The sizes of doorways and window openings are measured with the shrinkage value taken into consideration. Rafters in the rafter system are also fastened with the help of floating clamps.

Our technology allows immediate setting in doors and windows, without waiting for a year period before the house will get dry and the shrinkage will occur.
